The idea behind this was to make negative space by using leaves on the paper.
we first got some leaves from outside and traced their shape on the paper. We then traced it again with sharpie and began working on the negative space. I thought up of a lighthouse over looking the ocean. I made a sketch of the light house, ocean, and rocks. after that i traced it all with sharpie and then colored the paper with watercolor and colored pencils.
