Research in Ag
Sustainable Resource Management guides students through engaging experiences focused on our natural resources and how they are used and preserved by people participating in recreation and food production/agriculture.
Plant & Animal Science provides students an understanding of crop production and animal agriculture. Projects and coursework focus on the art and science of raising plants and animals and the processes used to manufacture products from plants and animals.
Students enrolled in the agriculture capstone will choose one of the following courses:
Ag Entrepreneurship students will propose and operate a class agribusiness.
Ag Internship students will spend time in an off-site internship with a local agribusiness.
Research in Ag students will conduct a research project relating to an agriculture, food or natural resource topic of their choice.
