People love being able to flip a switch and have the lights turn on, but do you think about keeping your soda cold in the refrigerator or what's making the water for your shower hot? Students get a survey of the different sources of energy, uses, and aim to make Olathe West more energy efficient in their semester project.

Agriculture touches our lives every day! Agriculture is a high-tech industry that provides us with food and clothing. What would your life look like without agriculture? Students spend time learning about the major agriculture pathways: agribusiness, ag mechanics, animal science, environmental services/natural resources, food science and and plant science.
