Intergalactic Planetary

In this project we were assigned to make a series of models of our solar system. We made a total of 5 different models each demonstrating the different parts of our solar system. We learned about the planets, the sun, the stars and a lot more. In the first model, we drew out a rough sketch of what we thought our galaxy looked like. We hadn't learned anything prior so this was good to help us see what we knew. In the second model, we were taught more about space and we made a scale of what we thought the galaxy looked like from the new knowledge. In model 3, we used many factors such as gravity, distance from the sun, denstiy, etc. We drew a better looking representation of the solar system. In model 4, we focused on 2 main factors in space and looked for patterns. Me and my partner did temperature and the distance from the sun and how it relates to the overall temperature. And lastly, in model 5, we made a final demonstartion of what we thought space looked like.

Reflection- 2 things I did well-

1. I think that I contributed a lot in my group. I did a good amount of work and did what I needed to do.

2. I think that I collaborated well. I worked with my group member and felt like I could be a leader. For example, I think I kept Rowan on task a lot as well as myself.

2 things I need to work on or do better-

1. Communication. I think if I communicated with my group members over the weekends then the workload would be lessened on me. 

2. Staying on task. I got off task a couple times. I think I could have been more helpful in some parts instead of just dividing the work evenly.
