Overall, this was one of my better done projects. I think that we did things well the first time and followed directions good. We just made a simple rubber band car and that helped a lot because we didn't have to try and make some crazy design that took 3 days to complete. I had some trouble in the graphing section but I think that it worked after I got the hang of it. We completed the car on time and got a perfect 5 meter run very early on and that put us ahead for a few days.
Spring potential energy-our spring potential energy was the potential energy when the spring was all the way wrapped around the axle. As the car went on, the spring potential energy went down because there was less tension in rubber band.
Gravitational potential energy-We didn't really end up having gravitational potential energy because the car was flat along the hole run, but if we were sending it down a slope it would have some.
Kinetic Energy- Our kinetic energy happened when the car was moving. The potential energy spring is converted to kinetic energy.
Total Energy- Our total energy stayed at the same value the entire time because energy is never created or destroyed. We had 3.97 joules of energy the entire time.
Thermal Energy-Our thermal energy is the leftover energy that was lost to friction. It is the energy that isn't kinetic or potential, so we take those to and subtract them to find thermal.
Distance vs. Time-Our distance went up when our time went up.
Velocity vs. Time- Our velocity spiked up at the beginning but went down for the rest.

One thing that I think went especially well is my collaboration. It was a previous goal of mine to work with my teammates more than I asked the teachers for help. I think that this project I really improved on that and I think that this also really improved my teammates collaboration because they probably felt more valued. Another thing that I think went well was my cooperation with my teammates because in the past projects, I have sort of taken the "leader" role, but this time I decided to let my teammates help lead and it worked really well.
I think that I could have definitely improved on was my work ethic. There were a lot of blank days where we didn't really accomplish much because we were ahead, and we definitely could have done something in those days. I also paid attention more and followed directions because multiple times I went to ask the teacher a question that was already answered or was in their I just hadn't finished the sentence or paragraph.
