Oliver Pool - Proof of Efficacy Document for Trebuchet

This is my proof of efficacy document, detailing everything about my Fire Away project.

What we did well

Throughout the Fire Away project my team and I did many things well. I felt as though we had very good communication, and were able to get a lot of things because of it. On top of that I think that my group had a lot of creativity, and made our car very unique to our group, which is something I'm proud of.

Things that need work

Although I think my group and I did very well overall, there were some things we could have worked on. One of those areas that needed work was compassion. I felt like I could have had more compassion, and overall been a bit nicer to my group. I also feel as though I could have thought more critically, since sometimes I would almost give up or it would take me a while to do a simple task.
