The project:
The Do It Better is the final project. The objective of this project is to chose one of your previous project you did and make it better. My group all needed a better grade in waves, so we ended up doing it in that. We came out with the idea to create a piano. This piano would have 8 notes as well as a key mechanism.

Content:
Frequency - The number of vibrations (waves) per second. Frequency can be found by velocity over wavelength, (f = v/λ) or f=1/T(time). The unit is Hertz or Hz.
Wavelength - Distance of one wave crest to crest . The equation for wavelength is λ= v/f. The unit is meters.
Wave Speed - How fast waves travel. The equation to find the wave speed is v= λf and the unit that represents it is meters per second.
Amplitude - Distance from midpoint to max point of a wave. It is represented with the units m for decibels.
Data Analysis - The process of analyzing data by applying logical and statistical techniques to evaluate data.
Engineering Design Cycle - series of steps that engineers use to solve problems and develop solutions.

Overall I enjoyed this project a lot mostly because we had a lot of freedom in this project. We got to chose the project plus the group. Two things that I did well was problem solving and communication. I was always helping my group figure out solutions when a key get stuck or if the pipe wasn't making the correct sound. Also I made sure to always communicate with my group and make sure everyone knew what they were doing and how everything worked. Two things that I need to work on are staying productive and time management. At times we would get distracted while building which would slow us down a bit, and we probably should of made sure we were getting enough done each day so we wouldn't have to rush a little bit in the last couple of days. Overall, this project was a good end to the year and I liked it a lot.
