My commitment to professional growth is rooted in my dedication to engaging students in high-quality EMS training and fostering their passion for the EMS field. I actively seek opportunities to introduce middle school students to the world of emergency medicine, sparking their interest early and creating a seamless pipeline into high school EMS programs. By strengthening articulation agreements with colleges and facilitating smooth transitions to higher education, I ensure that students have clear pathways to continue their EMS training and career advancement. Through mentorship, collaboration, and a steadfast focus on student success, I am dedicated to shaping the next generation of EMS professionals, equipping them with the skills, knowledge, and experiences needed to thrive in this critical field.
