The meeting was to consider teaching and evaluation plans for the current semester and academic plans of next semester in lieu of the current pandemic situation. Some specific clarifications from the student body via the Council were addressed.

The Dean was informed about the insufficiency of online classes, degrading mental health as well as different and difficult home environments that students may be facing. Results of the alternate evaluation survey and common problems faced by students were compiled and presented in the Senate meeting of May 22, 2020. The mail that was sent can be found here.
The final evaluation plan for January 2020 was announced on June 29. The mail can be found here. We have compiled BS-MS students' concerns, complaints and clarification with regards to this decision and sent a mail that can be found here. A mail for iPhD specific issues can be found here.
