The agenda of the meeting was mostly around maintenance and upgrade of the sports facility like scheduling system to avoid crowding and availability and framework for personal coaching for tennis and badminton and budget allocation. The meeting was to create Safety Guidelines and Protocols for operating the Dining Outlets, consider extension of Dining Services and deliberate on the Financial assistance sought by the caterers towards the loss incurred by them during the Lockdown period.

The meeting was to consider teaching and evaluation plans for the current semester and academic plans of next semester in lieu of the current pandemic situation. Some specific clarifications from the student body via the Council were addressed.
