Voice Memos is an iPhone app that auditory learners can use to record a lectures and play back at a later time to study. Android users can also record using Voice Recording. Don't forget to ask your professor for their permission!
Voice to Text is a feature that allows spoken word to be converted into text. Auditory learners may benefit from reading learned materials out loud and this feature allows those notes to also be saved as a document.
This feature is built into Google Doc, Google Sheets, and Google Slides and can be found under "Tools" and labeled "Voice to Text".
YouTube can be a great way for auditory learners to listen to videos that explain academic concepts.
Group discussions and study groups can help auditory learners listen to and share information learned in class.
Hearing information presented in a song may help an auditory learner comprehend and retain information. For example learning a new language! WORDPIE is a Youtube channel which pairs pictures and music to words to help users learn new vocabulary.
