Now, we finished our onshape and it's time to make real mosquito coil holder. The assembly paper which was from the onshape, I printed paper. Next, I cutted the only wood part of my coil holder and putted on the wood. I has to be fitted with the wood. As you can see the 1/2 size of paper is perfectly fitted with the wood size.
This machine is going to help cut my wood part. I has the main part which is cut. That purple thing is help to absorb the wood powder. It also have the part which helps to fasten the wood. If we do not fasten the wood, it will popped. That noise is really loud.Â
We don't need to cut the wood really detaily, because we will make it more smooth after the wood cutting. First, it's really easy to cut the big part like a side. It will really helps to you cut the wood. We have to cut the big part first. Second, then you are going to work the detail part. For example, I have the wave design, so I have to the big part and start to cut the waving design. Personally, this one was the really hard. The wood is really thick and hard, so it was really difficult to cut the wood. Another harddest part was move the direction. I have to move the direction, but it fasten. If I forcing to change the direction, it was popped.
Now, I'm finished to cut the edges and I have to start to cut out the details. When we are cutting our wood in the machine, we don't need to cut the wood detaily. If we fasten the wood something wrong. The piece of wood that I cut will be go somewhere.
