What is hardwood?
Hardwood is a wood that comes from deciduos tres like oak,maple or mahogany. it;s usually denser stronger and more durable than soft wood, with grainy patters that make it popular for flooring,furniture and decorative items. since these trees grow more slowly hardwood is often more expensive and long lasting

To make timber, first, trees are felled and transported to a sawmill. At the mill, the logs are debarked, sawn into boards and planks, and then trimmed and edged to remove defects and irregular shapes. Finally, the wood is dried in a kiln or by air, graded for quality, and then shipped for use
How do you make timber? A more slow and step by step version:
Step 1: Harvesting and transport, trees are cut down,trimmed into logs and transpored from the forest to the sawmill
Step 2: They're processed at the mill, logs are debarked and sawn into planks using different cutting methods. The boards are then endged and trimmed to standard sizes.
Step 3: Drying and finishing, lumber is dried by air or kiln to reduce moisture, then planed smooth graded for quality and packaged for distribution.
