Hi everyone, has anyone heard about Pak Budi's garden? Pak Budi's garden is an educational tour located in Pasuruan, where this tourist spot is oriented towards environmental education and renewable technology that can be a learning ground for the younger generation to apply the learning that exists in schools or the neighborhood. Pak Budi's garden teaches how the initial process of animal and plant food ingredients is formed until the processing process, so the younger generation can appreciate the food from nature. So after knowing the educational tour of Pak Budi's garden, what role can we play to appreciate the food from nature? Petra 5 Christian Junior High School visited Pak Budi's garden which is located on the slopes of Mount Arjuna, precisely in Canggi Hamlet, Sekarmojo Village, Purwosari District, Pasuruan Regency. Its location is below the slopes of Mount Arjuna, creating a beautiful and cool atmosphere that visitors to Pak Budi's garden will get.
The students of Petra 5 Christian Junior High School left at 08.00, when they arrived there they were greeted well and friendly by the officers. There are many activities that can be done here, in addition to several game rides and education also provides accommodation. For educational activities, students can learn about the initial process of organic animal and plant food ingredients formed until the processing process. As for organic food ingredients are different from ordinary ones because all the processes are natural. With this, students will certainly get a very valuable experience that cannot be obtained during classroom learning.
As part of their environmental conservation efforts, Petra 5 Christian Junior High School paid a visit to the Wonorejo mangrove forest on March 9, 2023. Two professors and six members of the student council took part, which was the first of a planned larger visit in June. Students participated in environmental preservation tasks during the tour, including cleaning up the area and planting mangroves. Along the jogging course, they discovered the distinctive flora and wildlife, and they also took use of recreational and educational opportunities. Students gained practical knowledge and priceless insights from this experience that went beyond conventional classroom instruction.
