Educators continually improve their practice by learning from and with others and exploring proven and promising practices that leverage technology to improve student learning. Educators:
a. Set professional learning goals to explore and apply pedagogical approaches made possible by technology and reflect on their effectiveness.
b. Pursue professional interests be creating and actively participating in local and global learning networks.
c. Stay current with research that supports improved student learning outcomes, including finding from the learning sciences.
Reflection:
For this project we were asked to work as a large group and complete a summary on all types of learners. I covered VARK in this presentation and I learned a lot. Before this project I had not heard of VARK, so I feel my selection for this assignment very much benefits my future. I plan to use this project to look back on whenever I need a refresher or I am struggling with a learner.

c. Model for colleagues the identification, exploration, evaluation, curation and adoption of new digital recourses and tools for learning
Reflection:
While using AI and AR for this project I learned a lot. AI is so helpful for any person, whether you are an educator or a student. I think AI can be taken out of hand sometimes but for educational help purposes I think AI does a great job. AR is something I haven't had much interaction with. I enjoyed using Halo AR thoroughly, as I do believe this is something I could use in my future. Especially for homework or in class work!

While doing this project I chose to use Canva, a microphone, and my Cyber Safety Kit from Sutori. I chose these technologies because they were simple to work with and created a meaningful and thorough lesson for me to present. I believe my video helped meet the standard chosen from my cyber safety kit by teaching the students in my future how to responsibly use the internet and know how to navigate tricky situations.
