The Mess
The Mess
What is my project?
A mess!
To make one:
Spray the page with water.
Begin dropping inks into the water and let them flow together.
Spray the inks for a more dispersed effect.
Tip the page to let the ink run.
Keep this organic flow going until the page is covered and you feel content with it.
Let it dry (you can speed this process up with a hairdryer).
Cut and fold to turn into a mess.
Making these messes was a releaving process as this project was at a road block. These objects weren’t intending to provide a project direction however they did.
The process helped the researcher work through frustration in the research project, so there is great potential in how they can be used to communicate the research.
