The Air Force Junior ROTC Cadet Management class, Management of the Cadet Corps, is typically for senior-level cadets in their third and fourth years of the program. This capstone course is a hands-on experience where cadets apply the leadership theories they have learned in previous years to actually run the cadet corps. The are tasked with working behind the scenes to run and operate the program successfully throughout the school year, as they prepare for the HQ inspection done during the Spring semester. Typically, cadets in this class are granted leadership positions on the chain of command, based off their skills and experience in relevance to the role.
