Located on base within walking distance from most amenities and easy access to taxis, most newcomers stay at Turumi with their families and pets until they find housing.
Booking.com is one of many great ways to find a hotel if Turumi becomes unavailable. There are several hotels within walking distance of the main gate, including one or two pet-friendly hotels.

Register your pets with the on-base vet clinic within 10 days of arrival.

Once you have your Letter of Employment and Official Passport (the red one) in hand* proceed to the Osan AB Airport Passenger Terminal to apply for your SOFA stamp to be placed in your passport. ARMY Benefits Center – Civilian
The Army Benefits Center – Civilian (ABC-C) administers automated benefits support through GRB Platform formerly Employee Benefits Information System (EBIS) and trained benefits Specialists. Here you can obtain information on benefits statements, life and health insurance, Thrift Savings Plan, and retirement issues.
Defense Civilian Personnel Data System (DCPDS), MyBiz, and My Workplace
DCPDS is an automated site that maintains a complete history of personnel actions, awards, and benefits selections. It interfaces with self-service applications, such as MyBiz and My Workplace, which allow users to update personal information, print SF50s, and provide input for a performance appraisal.

The Federal Long Term Care Insurance Program (FLTCIP) provides long term care insurance to help pay for costs of care when enrollees need help with activities they perform every day, or you have a severe cognitive impairment, such as Alzheimer's disease.

All employees have TOPS Online access through the employee section as long as their information is contained in the Employee Personnel Database (EPD). To access your information, click on the Login link, then on the Employee link, click on the Login Using CAC.
