Hand Washing is our number one defense against viruses! It is important to wash them often with soap and water.
Wash your hands for at least 20 seconds with soap and water.
Travel with sanitizing wipes or hand sanitizer.
Cover our coughs/Sneezes with our elbow or a tissue
No hugging or touching others (no handshakes, high fives, and games played with our hands)
If you touch your face (nose, mouth, eyes), wash your hands.
Stay home if you are sick (coughing, sneezing, symptoms of the common cold).
