Hand Washing is our number one defense against viruses! It is important to wash them often with soap and water.

  • Wash your hands for at least 20 seconds with soap and water.

  • Travel with sanitizing wipes or hand sanitizer.

  • Cover our coughs/Sneezes with our elbow or a tissue

  • No hugging or touching others (no handshakes, high fives, and games played with our hands)

  • If you touch your face (nose, mouth, eyes), wash your hands.

  • Stay home if you are sick (coughing, sneezing, symptoms of the common cold).
