Complete forms SF-61 (Appointment Affidavit) and I-9 (Employment Eligibility Verification)

Sign Accountable Property Memo
Request Certificate of Assignment (COA) from your installation secretary and 1172-2 form.
Once you have your COA and 1172 you can:
Register or Request Common Access Card (CAC) with local ID office (IACS)-contact Cris Vili 597-9847
Complete an SF-94 on SHAPE2day.com and 149 for SHAPE registration
Send your completed SF-94 to SHAPE.usnmr@mail.mil for an official stamp
Make appointment for your SHAPE ID at SHAPE2day.com
Schedule a Housing Briefing at your installation: USAG 368-9734 / SHAPE 366-6438
or e-mail housing at usarmy.brussels.imcom-europe.list.dpw-housing@mail.mil
Register with the Medical Clinic at your installation
If desired, apply for Advance Pay through the Defense Allowance Processing System (DAPS)
Talk with your sponsor about these things:
If eligible, start keeping Temporary Quarters Subsistence Allowance (TQSA) expense records

Current DoDEA employees: send DD-1351-2 to HQDTS_DoDEA@dodea.edu
If eligible, start TQSA reimbursement in DAPS (Internet Explorer only)
Make selections for benefits in EBIS: Health, Thrift Savings Plan, Life, Dental & Vision, Long-Term Care
Take the Driving Course at your installation for a SHAPE Driving License
Arrange vehicle insurance
Register for local alerts
During your first three months:

Finalize permanent housing
Official lease through your installation Housing Office
Safety Inspection
Independent condition inspection (recommended)
Delivery of household goods
Utilities: water, gas, electric, internet, phone, cable

Initiate Living Quarters Allowance (LQA) and Post Allowance (PA) in DAPS (Internet Explorer only)
Apply for a Belgium Protocol ID
Register with your local commune
