I commit to making our sports page diverse. I am fortunate to be in a school that celebrates diversity awareness.  Being a female sports reporter, editor, and photographer, I am part of the generation that continues to recognize and publicize the sports, athletes, and issues that have been overlooked for decades.  Here. we have pushed to bring more attention to girls' and unified sports, while also having sensitivity to athletes as humans.  It is clear that there is almost even coverage of girls' and boys' athletics as well as consistent unified coverage.
