Acids/Bases

Acids have a sour taste, feel sticky, and have a pH below 7, while bases taste bitter, feel slippery/soapy, and have a pH above 7

Acid: Lemon Juice, I know it is an acid because it has a sharp, sour taste. Base: Baking Soda and I know its a base because  it has a slightly bitter taste and a slightly slippery or powdery texture.
