Need for speed lab
Introduction
In this lab, we collected data to determine the speed of different Hot-wheel cars. Speed is how far an object goes during a specific time. The formula for speed is distance divided by time.
Methods
pick out a car and name its color 2.4 and 1.2 long planks on the chair going at a 45-degree angle Use the books to stop the planks from moving and use the stopwatch pencil calculator paper and divide the distance over time to get speed.

Solving complx real world problems: Renwable energy
There are two categries of energy: non renewable and renewable. Nonrenewable energy is problemtic because it cannot be replenished quickly; it takes millions of years to form.
Proposed problem: How to ship goods overseas with the use of renewable energy? How can we reduce our use of nonrenewable energy?
Reflection and research: what aspect of the design of the fastest ship do you think led to its success
