During Term 1 we will be learning about the Planets and Space Navigation.

We will be learning about:

• What the planets are made of and comparing them. 

• The distance between and sizes of different planets.

• How Astronauts navigate through space. 

• How the planets and solar system impact life on Earth. 

This term we will be receiving a visit from Spaceward Bound where your children will be given a range of practical learning experiences. We will also be engaging in a variety of science challenges and projects to enhance their learning experience, including constructing a moon habitat, and completing a designing a Mars colony.
