What are we doing to support?
Enhancing text comprehension: Providing every student with a digital copy of the play, allowing them to access and annotate the text at home and in school, with notes from the previous year preserved to support ongoing learning.
Developing vocabulary and understanding: Introducing key vocabulary in every lesson to strengthen understanding of the novella and support the construction of independent exam responses.
Improving exam skills: Guiding students in producing structured exam answers through continual practice and the use of the SQIZE model.
