Who does what

Here are your key contacts for the following administrative aspects:

• Gregoire KAIGHOUSUZIAN (g.kaighousuzian@strate.design) - Issues with your Microsoft account, Strate email, adding credit for photocopies on your personal account, or any general IT-related problems.

• Olivia Chenu-Dhermilly (o.chenu@strate.design ) - Certificates, student cards, transcripts of records, questions about timetables or holidays and any issues related to Hyperplanning access only for 1st- and 2nd-year students, as well as for all classes in the Bachelor Prototyping programme.
  
  

• Lobna CHEBBAH (l.chebbah@strate.design) - Certificates, student cards, transcript of records, questions about timetables or holidays, problems with Hyperplanning access and Adobe licences (Design - all other levels  and programmes)
  
  

• Laetitia GOUBELLE (l.goubelle@strate.design)- Dorma Kaba access and special access badges for students with bikes, motobikes or physical disabilities. Lost objects: If you have lost something and cannot find it in the welcome hall ("objets retrouvés" cabinet), please send an email to Laetitia.
  
  

• Angélique VENTE (a.vente@strate.design) - Special support and care for students with disabilities and all questions related to your academic path (including sabbatical years, specific study arrangements, or individual situations).
  
  

• Laura COSMA (lc@strate.design) - Absences (please copy me in cc in your emails), late arrivals at Strate.

• Seyed GOLI (s.goli@strate.design ) - Access to the lockers, which are assigned at the beginning of each semester. Please note that lockers are shared between 2 to 3 students.
