Character Strong: SEL implementation ideas and carryover strategies

Social emotional learning is considered an integral part of education and human development. It is taught to children of all ages to develop healthy identities, manage emotions, achieve personal and collective goals and maintain supportive relationships. Review and explore many facets of the Character Strong SEL program including conflict resolution, emotional regulation, physical and movement-based self-control and mindful strategies. Based upon the principles of "be kind, be strong, be well",  Character Strong strives to make a deep connection between character development and life skill building. You will leave our workshop with hands-on examples of SEL activities ready for your classroom or therapy session.
