Language Arts

Religion

Remember, the final assignment of the year is going to be to return your Religion book to school. This can be done when you drop off chromebooks and other textbooks next week. (Parents should hear from Mr. Louden soon.) If you want to complete Lessons 96-100 it will be worth extra credit if you do them well. Otherwise, keep an eye on your email for a message from me of what work still needs to be completed and turned in before 7th grade is done.

Science

You will be taking your Fish, Amphibians, and Reptiles test today. It needs to be completed by 3 pm TODAY. It can be found in 2 parts on Google Classroom.

I have sent out individual messages in your Google Classroom stream that list any missing assignments. These need to be completed by the end of next week. If you didn't receive a message, then you are all caught up! Congratulations! PLEASE EMAIL ME WHEN YOU HAVE COMPLETED AN ASSIGNMENT SO I KNOW TO GO BACK AND LOOK.

Creative Digital Arts

Last class! Everything is in this form.

1. First, watch my video in the above form.

2. Then answer required questions about the CDA elective in the form.

3. Next, pick at least 1 of the Visual Special Effects (VFX) movies to answer 2 questions.

4. Everyone-keep trying to do the Food Photography assignment, see the assignment for the how to video.

5. Then Do make-up work (some of you have a specific assignment list)

6. Bonus assignments are: any great photo in the Extra Credit - Images for St. Paul Church and/or Extra Credit - Document Stay at Home

Power of the Pen

This is your last assignment for the year. You will be writing a letter to yourself talking about your school year, its highs and lows, what you loved, what you disliked, etc.. You will find the document for this letter in Classroom. It is due by the end of today.

Pre-Algebra - LIVE LESSON @ 10 am and 3 pm

We will be reviewing together for the test which will be on Friday.

Things to have with you:

• You will need your spiral (make sure you checked out the example I shared in Google Classroom)

• the clear plastic sheet from the distance and midpoint formulas, with an extra plain sheet of paper to put in so we can use it like a mini white board

• expo type marker

• calculator

• questions you may have

I absolutely LOVED the Flipgrid videos you made! You are so creative! Please make sure your "Midpoint Formula - Mad Dog" activity is complete and turned in before our review today.

History

Check your outline 21.3 with mine. Make sure you have the right information! Answer M21.3 questions posted in Google Classroom. Test will be on Friday.

CDA (Creative Digital Arts)

Go to Google Classroom, assignment May 19 Edpuzzle | The making of Adventure Of A Lifetime

1. Watch my video! We are continuing our how did they do that?" assignments.

2. View the Edpuzzle video linked in Google Classroom, which is about The Making of Adventure of a Lifetime (Coldplay).

3. One of the companies that worked on this is called Mathematic, and is a CG Computer Generation and VFX (visual special effects) company.

4. Your question to answer is very open ended, so be ready to write a few sentences about what did you thought about how the video was made, what was new, looked like a lot of work, or what did you like? Several sentences please!!!!

5. Finish with viewing the final "Adventure of a Lifetime" video, which is linked in the assignment.

6. Many people did not finish April 30 Food Photography. I know you must be eating something! Watch the April 30 videos for tips to make it look awesome.

If you have make-up work, I have added a separate assignment listing the things to do. If you don't see any make-up assignment, just keep up this week. I have one more video to send!
