Our program is a typical Playbill size (8.5" x 11" folded in half). Please refer to specific image specifications, below.

**You must send an initial e-mail to our fundraising coordinator expressing your interest. She will then send you a form to fill out with all of your details. Once we have approved your ad, you will receive instructions for sending us your final image. You will be invoiced for the amount due.
IMAGE SPECIFICATIONS: (refer to image, below)
For best presentation, half-page ads should have a clear outside border, or image edges creating the outside border, to ensure a clear delineation between ads sharing a page.
All ads need to be in hi-resolution .png or .jpeg image format ONLY.
Full page: 2120 px. wide x 3176 px. tall
Half page: 2120 px. wide x 1548 px. tall
Quarter page: 1020 px. wide x 1548 px. tall
Eighth page: 1000 px. wide x 750 px. tall
Images should be over 1MB, but less than 10MB
