Tim is a scenic designer and a stagecraft artist, as well as an actor and director. He graduated with a degree in Theater Arts from Concordia University in 2016, but has been active in the Twin Cities theater community for over twenty years. He has enjoyed being the set designer and technical director at Central for the past several years and looks forward to working on the Hadestown set and with the student crew. Other theatre companies he has worked with include: Lex-Ham, Youth Artist Initiative, the Minnesota Jewish Theater Company, Lakeshore Players, Merrill Arts Center, Shakespeare & Company, and Pigs Eye Theater Company.
Rebecca Karstad - Costumer
Rebecca Karstad has worked as a costume professional for over 35 years. Her freelance years included projects for Mystery Science Theater 3000, Let’s Bowl, the films Drop Dead Gorgeous and Sugar and Spice as well as many ads and photo shoots. She has designed for Theatre in the Round, Park Square, and Actors Theater of MN. She works in the Minnesota Opera Costume shop as a costume technician. In her spare time she likes to sew.
Corey Boe - Dialect Coach
Corey is a Twin Cities actor and dialect coach. He recently performed at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, and has worked with Theatre in the Round, Lyric Arts, Lakeshore Players, Dark Pony, and UMD Theatre. He graduated from the University of Minnesota Duluth with a BFA in Acting. Many kudos to the cast of Emma for their hard work in learning the British dialect.
Terri Ristow - Props Master
Terri is excited to return to Central High School for Emma. She has worked in the pharmaceutical research and medical device industries, as a head election judge, and a freelance artist/prop designer. Terri has created props and set dressing for many local theatres including Park Square, Wayward, Theatre in the Round, and Dangerous Productions. Her favorite projects have been designing & building haunted house rooms, and Art in Bloom at the Minneapolis Institute of Art.
Ella Douma - Student Teacher
Ella is very excited to be doing her student teaching this spring at Central High School! She is a senior at St. Olaf College studying theater and education. She's passionate about bringing the joy of theater to students and working as a community to create art.
