NEWSIES Production Volunteers Needed!
Tech Lunch - Saturday, November 14. Bring food for potluck for all students and staff participating in Newsies. You can also sign up to help set-up/clean-up, and we're looking for a coordinator(s). If this is something you might be interested in - please contact us asap.
Production Weekend - Help with ticket sales, ushering/hospitality, concessions, lobby decor, flower sales and more. Over the course of the weekend, we will be welcoming 2800 people into Central to see the show: we can't do this without you!
Donations are needed - if you can help with either/both these items - please send them with your student(s) to school:
If you receive a newspaper, the cast needs much to practice with.
More HAND SANITIZER. They are working to keep illnesses at bay - and hand sanitizer is very helpful in this!
Volunteers are vital to Central’s theatre program. It is only with the generosity and dedication of people like you that we can continue to offer fulfilling theatrical experiences to our students, our Central community, and our audiences.
Opportunities to lend a hand are numerous during Central’s productions. We depend on volunteers for the following tasks:
· Ticket sales
· Concession sales
· Front-of-house coordination
· Donation requests
· Potluck lunch coordination for cast/crew during tech week
· Photography
Calls for volunteers and sign-ups are posted on our social media pages and on this website before each production. If you are interested in taking on a more significant volunteering role, please send us a message and we will get back with you soon.
