Submit a purchase request form
During the event: Track attendance and upload in SB Engaged, have residents fill out the program evaluation form.
Take photos and upload to drive.
When the program is complete, fill out the RA program eval form.

Make 2 copies of your flyer (8.5 x 11 cm) for the physical flyer and (1300 x 780 px) for sb engaged (use the resize tool in canva)
On the bottom of the flyer include a note about accessibility or accommodations along with your email address (ex: “If you have any accessibility concerns or need accommodations, please reach out to wolfie.seawolf@stonybrook.edu”)
