Coordinator, New Student Programs
I joined the New Student Programs in 2019. Before starting my role as the Coordinator of Family Programs & Services, I worked as a Career Coach in the Stony Brook University Career Center. I received my M.S.W. in Social Welfare from SBU in 2013 with a specialization in Student Community Development. I am excited to be working with families and supporters to promote student success!
I’m so happy to be able to join the Office of New Student Programs as a Graduate Coordinator. I graduated from Marist College in 2020 with a Masters of Arts in Communications with a concentration in Public Relations and a minor in Global Studies. I’m currently pursuing a Masters of Arts in Higher Education Administration here at SBU. After one transfer, two semesters abroad, and starting grad school, I’ve participated in 5 orientations, so I’m super excited to bring my experiences to the team!
Hi! I'm Victoria (or Vic), and I'm a Graduate Coordinator for New Student Programs. I'm a masters student in the Higher Education Administration program, and this is my second year working for New Student Programs. I started out as an Orientation Leader during my undergraduate studies, and that led me to discover how much I enjoy working in the field of higher education. I'm so excited to start this new chapter in my academic and professional life and I'm looking forward to another great year with my New Student Programs team!
Meet the team of Peer Assistant Leaders (PAL) who are working effortlessly to welcome you and your student to the Seawolf Family! Our PALs bring great perspective and experience to both the student and family orientation experiences!
