During periods of heavy rainfall, the city may experience flooding if the street garbage blocks the drainage system and prevents it from fulfilling its intended function.
Block of drainage system can also be caused by fallen leaves on the roadway. At this point, the flood will begin to secure in the area that is low-lying.
