I'll send you an email with your course information, an Edgenuity link (our online platform for Diploma classes), and your log-in credentials.
You'll be enrolled in either an AM session (8:00 - 11:15 AM), or a PM session (12:00-3:15 PM). However, you are welcome to attend either session in order to best accommodate your schedule.
Zoom meetings will be held at 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM daily. You'll get an invite prior to each meeting. You can also request a meeting any time you need help with something. They are VOLUNTARY.....but very helpful. Please consider joining them whenever you can
Stay in contact with me, either by email or phone, whenever you have any questions or need any assistance. My information is:

1. All of your instruction and assignments are embedded in your Edgenuity course. There are no assignments outside of the platform. Having said that, please use whatever resources you need to better understand the concepts. You can find helpful resources by clicking on the Helpful Resources tab.
2. You will be required to take at least two tests onsite for every course. They are the mid course unit test and the cumulative exam or final unit test.
3. You may work as much as you want! The more you work, the sooner you will reach your goals. You may do your work at any time of the day or night, including weekends - whatever is most convenient for you. 15 hours a week is a good goal to set.
4. Whatever you do, don't allow yourself to get stuck or frustrated. I am here to help you--That's what I do!!
1. Student Guided Notes are available on most lessons. You can access these by going to the course map and looking for the paper and pencil symbol. You can see an example in the blue heading for Adding Integers. Unfortunately, these PDFs are not fillable.
If you have a printer, you can print a copy.
If you know how to use Kami (a document editor), or Adobe Acrobat DC, you should be able to write on them.
Or, you can come to the school and pick up copies from me.
2. I offer Second Chance Options on Unit Tests and Cumulative Exams. You can use your second chance option if you take the exam during my work hours. Ask me about it!
3. Any assignment can be redone for a higher score, no matter how long ago you did it. Your Course Report and Progress Overview are available to you. These resources will allow you to monitor your individual assignment scores.
The Course Report is a button (upper right)
The Progress Overview looks like a bar graph (third from the top on the left side).
Probably the best way to access low scores is to contact me. I have a separate report that I can send you.
