● If you choose ADULT, you will be prompted to enter your email. If a user with the email already exists in our system, an error message will appear. A 6 DIGIT VERIFICATION code will be sent to your email then enter the code.
● If you select CHILD/TEEN, you will be prompted to enter your name. Then either choose SEND INVITE or COPY INVITATION LINK. This will allow you to provide the sign up link to your parents and will take them to the sign up flow.
Once the verification code sent to your email is entered, you will be prompted to create a password and enter your phone number. A link will be sent to your phone number via text. Click on continue with the sign up process.

Click on continue with the sign up process. Enter the LAST 4 DIGITS of the social security number. Your information will be AUTOFILLED on the next page.
Select employment status and click Continue.
You will be prompted to answer a series of questions which are required in order to open an account. Once all the questions have been answered, click continue.
You will be then taken to the membership page. Select CHOOSE PLAN under the FAMILY PLUS or FAMILY BASE and choose between the monthly or annual plan. Once the desired plan is chosen, click confirm.

The app will prompt you to link a funding method. To link a bank, select LINK FUNDING METHOD and go through PLAID flow by logging in with your external bank credentials. Please note that CUSTOMERS ARE REQUIRED TO LINK A BANK BEFORE PROCEEDING.
Once approved, a WELCOME TO STOCKPILE message will appear.
