IF CUSTOMER SAID NO:
"No worries! What would be the best time to give you a call for us to complete your onboarding process?" [Customer then provides time to call the, back. Make sure to ask if their time zone like PST, CST, EST].
CLOSING SPIEL FOR NO: "Thank you for your time. I'll reach out to you again at the specified time you provided. Have a great day!"
IF CUSTOMER SAID YES:
"Great! To complete the onboarding process, we only need you to send your document [ID OR SSN CARD]. The document step can sometimes get overlooked. If you have your document with you, I can walk you through it over the phone in our mobile app."
IF CUSTOMER DOESN'T HAVE THEIR DOCUMENTS READY:
"No worries! You can upload them through the app when you are ready. You can reach us at suppport@stockpile.com or give us a call at 1-888-675-2973. Or once you documents are ready, when would be the best time to reach you?" Customer responds "Thank you for your time, have a great time.
IF THE CUSTOMER HAS THEIR DOCUMENTS READY:
"Great! Open the app, log in, and you’ll see the option to upload under onboarding steps. Under the alerts section, click on "UPLOAD NOW" or "UPDATES" in the bottom right of the screen. Click on open camera and and allow access which will allow you to take a picture of your document.

Actually no. I will not ask any personal information from you or any OTP's or data coming from you. It's just a requirement to create or activate your account

2.Can I use my passport?
No, we can only accept state issued IDs.
3. I don't remember signing up with u guys
As what i can see here, you tried to sign up for stockpile investment and u went to our on onboarding process however, you haven't finished due to lack of documents required"

5. Can I use my expired ID?
No, the ID must to valid.
6. Can I use the account and upload my documents later?
No, we need the documents before we can open the account.
7. Why do you need my documents?
We are required by the SEC to collect them. This is for security reasons and to prevent fraud.
8. Do I need to upload the kids ID?
No! We only need to adults documents.
