SUP CALL GUIDELINES:
● If it is a wallet customer and they ask to speak to a supervisor, transfer the call to an available support.
Dialing Procedure:
During the call, click on Transfer in Avaya, then dial the extension number 402403, then click complete.
● If the customer is non-wallet and they ask to speak to a supervisor, transfer the call to Colby or Jenn. Follow the When to Transfer Guideline
Dialing Procedure:
Go to dial pad (403673 + 9 + 1 + 8886755801) ALL TRANSFERS ARE COLD.
