As parents and educators, we all have dreams for our children. We want out children to fly and succeed, but we also have worries and questions about how best to support them for their futures. At St Thomas More, we are guided by evidence based practice of what works in schools, and educagtional theorists who have research the impact that vaarious strategies have on the learning outcomes of children. Below, we share a series of short videos that we always show our parents at prep transition to help five them a conect for our learning philisopy and approach towards constructivism and empowering children through their learning journey.

We must always tread softly and nurture the dreams of our children, to ensure that we celebrate diversity and value all areas of life.

How do we help our children develop GRIT and persistence so that they can tackle challenges and achieve their goals. This fantastic talk helps schools and parents to understand how we can nurture Grit in our children by developing a growth mindset.
