1. Add activities related to speaking and listening that require the students to speak and participate actively.
2. To enrich classroom instruction by incorporating handouts, lecture notes, videos, quizzes and diverse online learning resources.

I aim to finish my Research Pre-Submission seminar this semester. (Accomplished)

Organize and coordinate International Mother Language Day 2025. (Didn't do it due to PhD deadlines)

1. To instruct and equip the students to crack their entrance exams for higher education programs in India and abroad
by taking sessions in ELSAC (Course). (Accomplished)
2. To organize and coordinate Carol Fiesta 2024, an intercollegiate event from the twin cities. ( In progress )
3. To promote our institution and make it more visible through social media handles. ( In progress )

Objective 1: To mentor students in curricular and extracurricular activities.
Key Results
To organize and coordinate Confluence 2024, an Intercollegiate Literary fest.
To encourage students I am teaching and mentoring to actively participate in classroom activities involving flipped classrooms, discussions, debates, hands-on sessions, and events that help them in their holistic development.
To guide and mentor students preparing for English-related entrance exams for higher education programs by teaching sessions in ELSAC course.

Objective : To coach students in learning Foreign languages (Spanish).
Key Results:
• To complete a certificate course in Basic Conversational Spanish Level (1/2) for staff &
students by April, 2022 (or) To complete a certificate course in Spanish for Intermediate students &/
outsiders by April,2022.
• To learn the use of multimedia (resources)in teaching foreign language to make it more effective.
Objective : To attend sessions which would advance my knowledge of Research and pedagogy.
Key Results:
• To present or publish a paper, related to PhD & other topics.
• Gain more knowledge on the PhD topic from the primary texts, numerous articles on
Rhetoric/Self-help and authors related.
