To design and implement a beginner-level Spanish language certificate course that enhances language acquisition and intercultural competence.

Enhance the classroom learning experience by integrating participative and student-centered teaching methodologies.

1. Add activities related to speaking and listening that require the students to speak and participate actively.

2. To enrich classroom instruction by incorporating handouts, lecture notes, videos, quizzes and diverse online learning resources.

I aim to finish my Research Pre-Submission seminar this semester. (Accomplished)

I aim to finish my PhD submission by the end of this semester. (Accomplished)

To create five videos for each semester. (Partially done)

Organize and coordinate International Mother Language Day 2025. (Didn't do it due to PhD deadlines)

To promote our institution and make it more visible through social media handle. (In progress)

To plan some activities and events for the well-being of staff. (Accomplished)

Academic Year 2024-2025 (Odd semester)

Objective 1: To advance in my research endeavour.

Key Results

1. To finish my Research Pre-Submission seminar within this Semester. ( In progress )

2. To publish an article related to my PhD research work. (Accomplished)

3. To finish my PhD submission by the end of this semester. ( In progress )

Objective 2: To work towards a better future for the college.

1. To instruct and equip the students to crack their entrance exams for higher education programs in India and abroad

by taking sessions in ELSAC (Course). (Accomplished)

2. To organize and coordinate Carol Fiesta 2024, an intercollegiate event from the twin cities. ( In progress )

3. To promote our institution and make it more visible through social media handles. ( In progress )

4. To plan some activities and events for the welfare of staff. In progress (waiting for an MOU & its approval)

Objective 1: To mentor students in curricular and extracurricular activities.

Key Results

To organize and coordinate Confluence 2024, an Intercollegiate Literary fest.
To encourage students I am teaching and mentoring to actively participate in classroom activities involving flipped classrooms, discussions, debates, hands-on sessions, and events that help them in their holistic development.
To guide and mentor students preparing for English-related entrance exams for higher education programs by teaching sessions in ELSAC course.

2. To present and/or publish a paper on my research topic and/or authors.

Academic Year 2023-2024 (Odd semester)

Objective 1: To mentor students in curricular and extracurricular activities.

Key Results

To organize and coordinate Carol Fiesta 2023, an intercollegiate event from the twin cities.
To encourage students to actively participate in classroom activities involving flipped classrooms, PPTs, discussions, debates, and hands-on sessions.
To provide guidance and mentorship to students preparing for English-related entrance exams for higher education programs by teaching sessions in ELSAC course.

Objective 2: To advance in my research endeavor.

Key Results

1. To successfully finish my Research design seminar within this Semester.

2. To present and publish two papers on my research topic and authors.

3. Study two relevant books for my PhD work.

Academic Year 2022-2023 (Even semester)

Objective 1: To create awareness among the students regarding the different clubs and committees which would help them in enhancing their knowledge and prepare them for a better tomorrow.

Key Results

To discuss with students on events and activities happening in college.
To initiate students participation in classroom and events to make it more interesting and lively.
To guide and mentor students in cracking higher education program's entrance exams related to English.

1. To complete my Research design seminar in this Semester.

2. To present and publish a paper related to my research authors in this semester.

Academic Year 2022-2023 (Odd Semester)

Objective 1: To create awareness among the students regarding the committees and events that I am associated with.

Key Results

To have an interactive discussion with students on Equal opportunities.
To initiate participation in Carol Fiesta 2022 from across the twin cities.
To deliberate on Scholarships criteria.

Objective 2: To progress in my PhD research work.

Key Results

1. To complete my Research design seminar in this Semester.

2. To present and publish a paper related to my research authors in this semester.

3. To study two books related to my PhD work in this semester.

Academic Year 2021-2022

Objective : To coach students in learning Foreign languages (Spanish).

Key Results:

• To complete a certificate course in Basic Conversational Spanish Level (1/2) for staff &

students by April, 2022 (or) To complete a certificate course in Spanish for Intermediate students &/

outsiders by April,2022.

• To learn the use of multimedia (resources)in teaching foreign language to make it more effective.

Objective : To attend sessions which would advance my knowledge of Research and pedagogy.

Key Results:

• To present or publish a paper, related to PhD & other topics.

• Gain more knowledge on the PhD topic from the primary texts, numerous articles on

Rhetoric/Self-help and authors related.
