1. Co-ordinated and organized Jashn-e-Mary's fest's department events (Pictionary & One Minute Talent Show) on 25th November, 2023.
2. The Department of English & Languages celebrated International Literacy Day on 11th September 2023. Ms. Rama Sita Kodali and Ms. G. Chris Lenina Peters coordinated the event. They went along with some students to meet children at Sri Sai Seva Sadan (NGO) Free Special School for mentally handicapped Children/ Adolescents, at AG Colony road, Erragadda, Hyderabad.
3. Conducted two series of tests on Verbal Ability being a part of Placement & Corporate Relations Cell on 29th April 2023 & 6th May 2023.
4. Collaborated with the coordinators in conducting Confluence 2023. Secured First place in Comic-Con competition which was held on 26th April, 2023.
5. Conducted a session on "How to be an active participant in Group Discussion". Instructions were given to the students who were short-listed to attend the interview for the role of assistant. Accountant in Orica Campus placement drive. This session was held in the Digital Room at 2 p.m. on 9th February 2022.

On 22nd March 2024, An alumni association secretory Mr. Arun Daniel was invited to interact and judge the Comic-Con competition.
Contacted several sponsors to raise funds for the fest. Poster, Flyer, Banners and backdrops, and sponsorship emails were sent, met around five colleagues to ask if there were any sponsors. Called volunteers and briefed them about the fest and their roles and responsibilities were given after a series of meetings were held. Sent students to various colleges to promote the event. Made promotional videos with the help of students to post them on social media and share them amongst the college circle. Finalized certificates, and badge designs. Created a Google form and a WhatsApp group was made and participants were added to it for the smooth flow of the event. An alumni member Mr. Arun Daniel was invited to interact and judge the Comic-Con competition. Went to select prizes for the winners and reuse the older mementos by designing stickers. Registration forms and judgment sheets were made, budget and accounts were taken care of. The decoration, disciplinary committee, and several other committees were formed to ensure a smooth flow of this event. Stalls were put up by a sponsor, our students, and by a person from outside. Gave a snack box, badge, and a certificate to each volunteer for helping this fest to be a grand success.

Judged Elocution competition which was organized by the Department of Sciences as a part of observing International Day of Women and Girls in Science on 12th February 2024.
Nine colleges across the twin cities participated in the competition.
Contacted twelve colleges and emailed them the invite, contacted them to get a response regarding the list of participants. Handled budget for the fest, registration committee, finalizing the number and logistics arrangement, certificate & prize distribution committee, judgment sheets, judgment, rules, registration forms invited a judge from an institution, selecting hosts, MC script, etc., were taken care of for the successful completion of the fest.
Took care of all the logistics like choosing volunteers, making promo material with students, registrations, judgment, rules, selecting hosts, MC script, certificate writing and distribution, and arrangements for the smooth completion of two competitions conducted by the department.
Two-day International Multilingual Conference on 21st & 22nd July 2023, mailing the tracks to all the participants and presenters was done, handled registrations for two days, coordinated multiple tracks during the conference, and accounts were finally settled. Introducing the plenary speaker and hosting was done on the second day of the conference, and writing certificates and handing them over was done. A social media report was prepared and sent. During the registrations a kit was provided which was also arranged and organized properly.
