Attended meetings, was a part of meetings with selected auditors where further discussions and suggestions were given on making it function smoothly, planned and conducted internal and external audits, and prepared minutes of the meetings and reports for the responses from various sources. Coordinated and organized Jashn-e-Mary's Department events on 25th November 2023.
Two-day International Multilingual Conference on 21st & 22nd July 2023, mailing the tracks to all the participants and presenters was done, handled registrations for two days, coordinated multiple tracks during the conference, and accounts were finally settled. Introducing the plenary speaker and hosting was done on the second day of the conference, and writing certificates and handing them over was done. A social media report was prepared and sent. During the registrations a kit was provided which was also arranged and organized properly. Click here
Mentored BCOM General and Advertising students during their second semester for the academic year 2023-2024. Made phone calls regarding PTM, discipline issues, absenteeism, and results, gave an update to parents and students regarding college-related information, counseled and encouraged the students to work hard and to do well in studies and life, spoke to parents, and met them, maintained all the records of their result analysis, segregated students based on SL, Average, and Advanced learners.
