WHOLE SCHOOL EVALUATION 2024
Whole-School Evaluation – Management, Leadership and Learning reports on the quality of teaching and learning and on the quality of management and leadership in a school. It affirms good practice and makes recommendations, where appropriate, to aid the further development of educational provision in the school.
The Department of Education conducted an evaluation in St Mary's in April 2024.

‘The development of leadership capacity [for students and teachers] was of an exceptionally high standard’

‘Student and teacher interactions were highly respectful in all lessons’
‘The quality of support for students’ wellbeing was excellent.’
‘The school had a highly effective parents’ association.’
