Start with a single toss to your stronger foot and then catch it.
(try to alternate feet?)
Put a little backspin on your toss to assist with your good control.
Keep your taps soft and small.
Try and stay in the same spot.
Are you putting your foot down after your soft 'keep it up' touch?
Don't be a one-legged flamingo!
After several good controlled taps, extend to two juggles in a row, and progress.
