  • Then Jog Farther, Faster...

  • Grab a Ball, Grab a buddy  - Find a Wall, Practice your Best Touches on the Ball

  • Juggle .  What's your maximum # of Keep It Ups?

  •  Equipment supplied by family: Black Soccer Shorts, Shin Guards,  Cleats 

  • There will be a $50 charge for lost, damaged,  or un-returned jerseys.

  • *At the end of the season, Please return the laundered jersey in a labeled bag with the athlete's name and jersey #

Please Practice Your Juggling !

  1. Start with a single toss to your stronger foot and then catch it.

    • (try to alternate feet?)

    • Put a little backspin on your toss to assist with your good control.

    • Keep your taps soft and small.

    • Try and stay in the same spot.

    • Are you putting your foot down after your soft 'keep it up' touch? 

      1. Don't be a one-legged flamingo!



  1. After several good controlled taps, extend to two juggles in a row, and progress.

  2. How many in a row can you do?

  3. Have fun ! 

  4. Skilled Ball Control is the key to maintaining possession
