Ag Day is a celebration of our rural roots, sustainability, and the creativity of our tamariki. It provides students with opportunities to: Connect with Aotearoa’s agricultural heritage, Explore science and sustainability in a hands-on way, Demonstrate responsibility through caring for animals, plants, and projects, Showcase their learning in an authentic and meaningful context. 

This year’s AG Day theme links directly to our 125th School Jubilee, celebrating the history, people, traditions and community that have shaped our school over the past 125 years. Students will have the opportunity to explore how our school, local community and farming traditions have changed over time, while looking towards the future.

It is also a family day. Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles, Mums, Dads and members of our community are invited to come along, watch our children show their animals.
