Since the formation of St Stithians College in 1953, sport has always played a significant role in the development of every student that comes to the school. Sport provides developmental challenges like no other learning domain and contributes to a truly holistic development experience for students, staff, and parents. St Stithians seeks to provide opportunities to engage everyone through a diverse, challenging, multi-sport experience at all ages across all abilities. Whether an aspiring Olympian or for a social and recreational purpose, we recognize the significant mental and physical benefits that come with regular play and competition. Equally, we recognize the development of fundamental behaviours and values that emerge by participating and competing in sport, that help young people achieve excellence regardless of where their path may take them beyond St Stithians. With this, we welcome you to Saints Sport.

Sport at the College is something that is highly respected due to the significant amount of achievements that the school has obtained.

Without the appointment of many coaching staff across all sports offered at the College, our impeccable win records and memorable victories would not be part of our history today.

From the beautiful facilities, to the talented players that train on them, it is safe to call St Stithians one of the most prestigious sporting schools in the country.

Sport at the College creates a sense of belonging, a place that is home to so many boys who cherish these hallowed grounds. Sport is what allows for friendships to be made and for life-lasting memories to be created. A platform to understand teamwork, and what it really means to wear that badge when playing in front of your peers. Sport at the College gives each and every student a purpose, that is found through opportunity which stems from the numerous sporting codes offered by the school.

My goal for the year 2024, is to place emphasis on the term “brotherhood” which is what gives us students the unity in order to play hard and play fair. I hope the students will enjoy their time within the various sporting codes, because ultimately, that is why we play sport.
