The Mr Carter McDonald's Challenge
We initiated the McDonald’s Grade 8 and 9 Ring Road Running Challenge against our Sports Director Mr Carter. We hope to extend this challenge to all the grades from next year.

Nic has a burgeoning passion for health and fitness, with over 15 000 hours of experience.
Nic attained an undergraduate degree in Psychology and Sociology from Rhodes University, followed by a post-graduate diploma in Enterprise Management. After 5 years in the corporate world, he traded in his suit and tie to enrol at the Tri-Focus Fitness Academy.
As an acclaimed sportsman and old boy of St Stithians College, who was plagued by injury, Nic has made it his mission to help younger athletes correct imbalances and develop holistically.
Nic has specialised and dedicated much of his time to pre and postpartum clients. He is also one of the leading staff that take Athletic Development at the Boys' College.

Sam Tessendorf - Personal Trainer
Sam has helped hundreds of clients achieve their goals by pursuing her passion for physical fitness.
Sam's Journey began when she attained a Bachelor of Social Science in Psychology and Sociology from Rhodes University . She studies further by completing her Honours and Masters Degree in Developmental Sociology. She then went on to attain her PGCE in Foundation Phase where after she taught Grade 3 for a number of years. With 7 years of studying and 4 degrees under her belt, Sam was not completely satisfied. Wanting to fulfil her passion, she went on to attain her National Certificate in Fitness through Physical IQ/NASM.
Sam has been a personal trainer ever since then. Her interests lie in weight loss and weight management. She also has experience working with clients with stress, anxiety and adrenal fatigue.
Sam is also one of the leading staff that take Athletic Development at the Boys' College.
