What is dyslexia?

Dyslexia is a learning difficulty that makes reading , writing and spelling hard. It runs in families and 1 in 10 people in the word have dyslexia.

Some dyslexics use overlays. 

This is our  dyslexia video explaining dyslexia . It was made by p6 , p7 and p5 members of our school's Mission Dyslexia team. 

This is another  video saying how that dyslexia runs in family's and the are 10% of the population has dyslexia and that how some times it takes longer for a person with dyslexia to read spell and sometimes maths and that some famous people have dyslexia.

If you have dyslexia it means your brain will always be dyslexic.

This is another  really good video telling you about dyslexia and saying how it may take longer for a person with dyslexia to write and read and spell . and that a lot of famous people are dyslexic and a lot of people in history had dyslexia.

This video  is about a young boy finding it hard with dyslexia. The boys name is Tom and he when he got older he wanted to share how hard it is so he made Nessy which is  made for Dyslexic people to learn to read and spell .

This video shows a man that could not read in high school or primary school and it was very hard for him so at 51 he finally learns how to read. I picked this video for a reason because its showing that people can take half  their life not knowing how to read but they don't give up.
