DAC Siren

1. Create a new RTL project "siren" with three new source files called dac_if, tone, wail, and siren and constraint file siren

2. Run synthesis, run implementation and open implemented design, generate bitstream, open hardware manager, and program device

3. Change the upper and lower tone limits

4. Change the wailing speed

5. Add a second wail instance to drive the right audio channel

Hardware:

Plug PmodI2 into jack JA1 in the top row of holes. Then plug your speaker or headphones into this jack.
