Four Digit Hex Counter

1. Create a new RTL project called hex4counter, add leddec file, create two new source files "counter" and "hexcount", create a new constraint file "hexcount"

2. Run synthesis, run implementation, open implemented design, change configuration mode to "Master SPI x1", generate bitstream, and program device

3. Move the blue MODE jumper from JTAG to QSPI --> The four digit counter counts from 0000 to FFFF

4. Generate memory configuration file
